If you haven't had your bike serviced for six months or more and use it once or twice a week (eg: 10-20 miles per week)

If you haven't had your bike serviced for six months or more and use it most days for commuting, leisure or weekend riding (eg: 20-60 miles per week)

If you haven't had your bike serviced for six months or more and use it every day, or for long distances (eg: 60-100+ miles per week)

A small repair which would take less than 15mins (eg: Brake Pad Replacement)

A repair that is not serious, but time consuming and would take up to 30mins (eg: Brake Lever Replacement)

A repair this is going to take the engineer up to 45mins due to removing and refixing many parts (eg: Wheelset Replacement )

A repair which needs special skills and tools and could take the engineer up to 60mins due to removing and refixing many parts (eg: Bottom Bracket Chase and Face)
